  • 1.  GDE 5.2.3 RHEL Patching

    Hi,
    We have GDE 5.2.3 HA (Primary and Failover) setup on RHEL 6.9 servers,
    And there is need of Patching the RHEL 6.9 to latest level on Both Primary and Failover RHEL servers. ( Not upgrading the GDE)
    Can I know the steps to do the OS Patching on the Linux servers without disturbing the GDE or if you have any document I can refer please

    What version of DSM do you have?

    Any kernel update requires from GDE admin the confirmation that a new kernel is supported by currently installed agent.
    If kernel is not supported you must update an agent before kernel update (compatibility matrix pdf provides this information)
