    I am working on a lab course in a virtual machine at the following link: https://wdc04bmgw.ibmztrialmachines.com/t46021695723182/. How can I copy text from my local machine to the virtual machine? I need to type a lot of commands from PDF materials in the virtual machine.

    For instance, how can I cut and paste text from my local machine to the virtual machine and vice versa?

    Some of the IBM VM's have a "text area" in the pull-down options at the top.  I had to copy/paste through that to move text between my PC and the IBM VM for some of my labs.  Similar to an airlock chamber between two rooms, if this analogy makes sense.  Hope this helps!
