I am trying to generate functional acknowledgement using B2BUtil.EDIUtils:generateFA service but I am a bit confused in setting the inputs to that,can anyone please help me.

Have you generated that schema? It isn’t installed automatically.

Have you installed the 997 schema?? If not you can install via ISAdminwebConsole WmEDI page look for install EDI doctypes and select in the list X12 V4010 997 and this will gets stored in WmEDIforTN package in the EDIFFSchema folder (EDIFFSchema.X12.V4010:T997).
