FTP connection Time Out

    I sometimes get error when put data to FTP when use service pub.client:ftp. It’s ok when I try again.
    The error looks as below?
    ISC.0064.9010] java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Accept timed out
    I set timeout as’300’seconds and ‘active’ type. Is there any setting in Integration Server that control it?
    I set a schedual for the service and there are about 6 errors one day.
    Is it a network problem?

    Increase the time out and client timeout
