  • 1.  Freeze Panes lost in published pax sheet

    Hi,

    I have published several custom reports from PAX to PAW.
    Sometimes the freeze panes is lost, sometimes even only for the columns and not the rows.

    If I export these reports, the freeze panes is back in place, so I know it is not missing in the TM1 application folder.

    Is this a know issue, any suggestions?

    Hi Felix,

    Not really directly answering your question.  I would recommend investigating what you can do with the native grids using MDX.

    We moved away from published elements a while ago for a few different reasons including the time taken to render.

    Is possible to make Native grids look good if you use the blank format and get creative with conditional formatting.  One good tip is to bring the name of the element through as a cell (in MDX) as otherwise PAW will not format the element.

    Not a known issue that I can recall offhand, but the details here are sparse.  We have done some maintenance in that area though, so I'd always suggest taking a look at the latest release.

    Reaching out to IBM Support, they may be able to help or at least facilitate in getting a fix tracked for you.  Otherwise, I'll inquire within.
