free trial period once a year

    Hi,

    Can I use SPSS free trial for 14 days once a year? If yes, why cannot use it anymore when my period ended last year.

    Hi Support Member​ ,

    You should be able to use your Trial again after 365 days from the last use. So if you signed up for Trial on Oct 1, 2019 -- then you should be able to use it again anytime after October 1, 2020.
