  • 1.  Forgot NS1 Username

    Been a customer since before IBM acquired NS 1. I've forgotten my username and am thus unable to log in.

    There is no way to recover my username via the login page.  How can I recover my username so I can login?

    Kareem, Some troubleshooting tips can be found at this page, https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibmid?topic=welcome-troubleshooting 
    the troubleshooting page suggests that if your id was created after 2011, the IBMid is most likely you email address. You should be able to use that to reset your password.

    If that doesn't work, try sending an email to IBMid support at "ibmidsupport@ibm.com"
