Hello. I also am unable to access the link above (and I do have an IBMID account). Not sure what is there, but I can say that changes were made to the way that font sizes are calculated in Statistics in v28.0.0.
In the past and for many years since a well-meaning engineer (who's initials are mine) tried to reconcile font sizes with physical printer points, the size of fonts in Statistics was tied to one's current screen resolution. This was sub-optimal and resulted in generated font sizes that were not integers but rather calculated values such as 12.23, etc. We decided to address this in v28, where the code to calculate font sizes while taking into account the current screen resolution was removed. Now, as with most other applications, the physical size of the font one sees onscreen will vary as one changes their screen resolution settings.

Subject: Font sizes in SPSS Statistics 28 Viewer window
After updating to SPSS Statistics 28, I noticed that text in the output window appears much smaller than in preceding SPSS versions even though I use the same fonts and point sizes.
There is an IBM support article entitled 'Troubleshooting: PH43707: LARGEFONT TABLELOOK IS NOT REALLY VERY LARGE' that is available under https://login.ibm.com/oidc/sps/auth?client_id=YWFlMTBjZDktMjEwYi00&Target=https%3A%2F%2Flogin.ibm.com%2Foidc%2Fendpoint%2Fdefault%2Fauthorize%3FqsId%3D119ac7b9-5e91-4e7a-be1b-a113f1c87a78%26client_id%3DYWFlMTBjZDktMjEwYi00 and that appears to be related to this issue, but I am unfortunately unable to access it because the page that opens requires me to enter an IBM customer ID which I haven't got.
Can anyone help? Is it a requirement to enter a fee-based support program first before one can access IBM's troubleshooting papers?
