  • 1.  Firmware downgrade

    hi all,

    Is there a way to downgrade the firmware to an earlier version then the two firmware versions that is showing in "Firmware settings"?

    The 2 firmware versions that we have installed on ISVA are 10.0.3.1 (active) and 10.0.3, we would like to go back to 10.0.1 for some testing because we have encountered some issues in version 10.0.3* and we need to be sure that is or is not the firmware.

    Hello Jasper,

    It is not possible to downgrade the firmware of an appliance.

    If you are using a Hardware appliance you can flash the firmware to an earlier version but that erases all configuration.

    If you are using a virtual appliance I believe it could be possible but you'd need to be able to attach a USB drive with the expected firmware on it to the virtual machine.
