  • 1.  filesyetm issue on PowerHA for Linux

    We are trying to configure two node cluster to have spectrum protect exisiting filesystems (xfs) to be part of cluster RG.

    please we need your support to add xfs file syetm to existing resource group .
    [root@node2 ~]# clmgr modify resource_group test1 FILESYSTEM=/test1

    ERROR: File System '/test1' does not appear to exist!

    Available File_Systems:


    ERROR: Resource Group could not be modified successfully.

    [root@node2 ~]#

    our Linux version is rhel84leppc and PowerHA level for Linux is 7.2.3.

    Hi,
    First, I think this is an IBM product that you must have purchased along with support.
    Please, contact Product support for PowerHA by raising a PMR (now called a Support case) for help setting it up rather than this community. That is what you have paid for.

    Second, I noticed you have an old PowerHA version 7.2.3 which is no longer sold (Withdrawn from marketing) and support ends on 30 April 2023.

    Full marks for including the OS version and HA version. So many people don't!
