I have resend the file and it came with the new ID . I wanna know that what are the other features (#ICN ,#Unique ID etc. ) that changes during the file retransmission.

What component are you using and question about filename processing in general designs?
If you processing thru TN you can also use InternalId or DateTimestamp (date include with milli seconds to make unique the filename)
