  • 1.  Feature Shift Management in QRadar SOAR?

    Hello,

    I found that IBM SOAR didn't provide Shift Management feature. Details:
    1. Auto assign Owner to Incident based on shift
    2. Change Owners of all previous Incidents to current On-call person (so he will handle all of those).
