Failed to send data using protocol https. The response code is 500

    Hi All,

    When we are trynig to send a PIP to the customer we are always getting this error

    In Service wm.ip.trp:http: Retry 1 of 2 : Failed to send data using protocol https. The response code is 500. The status message is Error from proxy
    ESIPRT.000020.000019

    Can any one please tell me how to solve this issue

    The server you are sending to is encountering an error. That is what the 500 is. The customer needs to investigate what is happening on their end.
