    ASCD service is started and running in ego service list.

    This user Admin/Admin has permission to view, create resource group, consumer and resource plan. What could be wrong to get those errors? How to fix? Thanks,

    The issue disappeared after clear browser cache and re-input user login info when asked to view this "New" page.
