    Failed to retrieve resource groups. Check that the REST service is running.

    The REST is running and when I open the Resources->Resource Planning->Resource Groups dialog I can see the Resource Groups listed. 

    Any suggestions as to where I can look to fund the cause for this error?  We have SSL enabled.

    This issue was an ssl certificate issue. The browser needed a certificate for port 8543.
