How to investigate such error?

Hi,

In my opinion, the problem happen when the connection port doesn't get through => Check firewall and process make connection for those port.

You can research on the internet about what queue 's port are used!

• The IBM RPA server and client are not installed on the same subnet. => we could open MQ port (firewall) and let them work.
