Failed extension install mentions logs, where are they?

    This is the error we receive when trying to add a newly packaged extension

    Situation:
    - exported app as extension
    - unzipped
    - added manifest.txt file
    - unzipped
    - signed with pem files and signingstore.jks successfully
    - install fails
     
    My question:
    - where specifically are the logs located that are mentioned in the error message?
    I've looked in the following locations:
    - /var/log/qradar*.log
    - /var/log/qradar.error
    - /var/log/qradar/**
    - /var/log/qflow.debug

    Those above are mentioned here.
    Nothing shows an error.
