Hi All,

Currently we are using Process Blueprints to train the agents (who provide services to customers). With their rich experience, we want the agents to provide feedback to process blueprints using the 'Comment' option available to Contributors. 

We want to track these comments and hence want to export the comments (aligned to process blueprint or tasks) into an excel spreadsheet. Is their any API or option through which we can export the comments. The out of the box export feature available do not provide the comments in any of the tabs in sreadsheet.

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

I have not seen the capability to do this, but you could check the API documentation: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS2MKC/com.ibm.bwl.doc/topics/index.html. I have not read through it to see if this is possible.

While there is no specific way to export only the comments, we have done this with other clients. You can either export the comments on an individual Blueprint or grab the newsfeed and filter out only the comments (both via the published API). We would be happy to look into adding this feature to our Blueworks Insights tool which we provide for free to our clients. Hi Kaushik,

Comments are included in the Word export today, via the native Word comments feature. You may have to turn that on in Word to see the comments.

In addition, comments will be available in the Excel export in a future release. If that's your preferred format, consider subscribing to and voting for RFE 85779 (http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewChangeRequest&CR_ID=85779) for status updates.

Finally there are the API options already described by others on this thread.

Hi Kaushik - in the normal user interface, if you go to the Community area you can view the activity stream by any of the available filters, eg by process, and export all the activity for that item to Excel. You then just need to filter the spreadsheet by the Change Type column = Comment
