Export as Excel: No drop-down menu for selecting variables, write variable names, save value labels

I used to have SPSS Grand Pack 25 &26 STANDARD and have switched to SPSS Statistics Grad Pack 27.0 PREMIUM since August (purchased at Student Discounts). I was trying to export the .sav file into excel file but cannot find the same drop-down menu as in 25 and 26 with the options for selecting variables, write variable names, save value labels, save value labels instead of data values etc. I had no choice but just saved the file into Excel. However, it is with hundreds of variables, which is very annoying and it only shows the value (digits) of the variables but I want them to display with variable labels. I remember it was a very easy operation and straightforward in 25 or 26. Not sure what happed to my SPSS 27 or anything else wrong. Can anyone help with this? Thank you!

I expect that you are on Mac. Starting with V27, Statistics uses the native Mac Open and Save dialogs. These do not support the SPSS-specific options. You can go to Edit > Options and choose to use the SPSS versions of these dialogs. That will restore the missing functionality.
