I have a report created from a table. I need to import this custom report as a new table back under "Tables" in Apptio. Is it possible to do this seamlessly within Apptio without downloading the report to computer and uploading as a table in Apptio?

Reason for using this report is that I need to do some calculations on the "Total" row created during report generation. If I can somehow work on this "Total" row within "reports", that should work too.

Hi @Anshu Dhawan check out this thread and see if it helps.  This outlines how to create a Datalink connector from a report.  Once you run the connector, it will create a new table (based on how you name it in the connector).​

Yes, @Anshu Dhawan. Follow @Jenny Franklin's steps in the other thread and it'll work. The Datalink connector is called Copy table.
We have 2 such tables that we feed from reports on a scheduled basis. It's the only way we found to load metric values into tables, as transforms will not allow using LookupObjectUnitValue() calls, they work only in reports or allocation lines.
