  • 1.  Expanded ID Delete process in zSecure

    I had thought there was a way to add additional tasks to the ID Removal process but I can't find it if it exists

    basically we want to add processes to rename/archive users HLQ datasets to the process,  not delete them

    Does such ability exist in zSecure?

    I know we can write our own local panel and call scripts to do it but if I can just customize zSecure it would be prefered.

    Hi Sandra, 

    zSecure does support optional tasks to also delete data sets, dataset profiles, and catalog entries for user IDs that you delete using zSecure Admin. However, out-off-the-box there is no feature that supports renaming/archiving user data sets of the user IDs that you are deleting.
