  • 1.  Execute TI when submit assets in PAW plan?

    Hi All TM1 experts,

    We builded a Plan application in PAW. When user submit an asset in Plan Task, We should execute a TI to do some action.

    Our solution now is, we create a TI button at last form of all forms. User have to click the button in last form and then click submit in task.

    How can we click submit button and execute TI in plan? That can avoid user clicked twice.

    Hi Andy,

    Good idea!  The product team agrees with this enhancement request.  We already plan to add support to connect your Turbo Integrator processes to actions in Workspace Plans and Application.  I don't have a specific date, but I expect these enhancement to show up sometime this year.  This includes users clicking the submit, approve, and reject buttons, in addition to the plan owner toggling the status of tasks or sections in an application.

    We will consider passing some context from the plan or application to the TI process (if the TI process contains predetermined parameter names).  This might include details such the the name or ID of the plan, name of the task or section, etc.
