    Hi IBM RPA Group,

    I need to deploy a bot from different techniques, but I receive the same error message.

    - Technique #01:Scheduling:
    Only I received this message

    However, I didn't cancel this bot.

    - Technique #02:IBM Launcher.

    - Technique #03:API Call
    I review that it's possible to execute a bot from API Call. However, I received this message:

    My IBM RPA installation is based in 21.0.1 OnPremise installation.



    Do you know how I should solve this problem? Any suggestion?

    Hi Arturo,

    I'm not sure if I can be of any help, but you can try to restart the IBM RPA Service. If that doesn't work, maybe open a support ticket.
