Exception when starting Adapter_config utility

  • 1.  Exception when starting Adapter_config utility

    Hi,
    I am not able to start the config utility. The exception is ClassNotFound exception : COM/activesw/ite/plaf/ActiveLookAndFeel
    while trying to start the adapter_config utility.
    I have checked the jar files in the lib directory of webMethods but there is no jar file which contains the ActiveLookAndFeel.class under COM/activesw/ite/plaf directory.
    Has anyone encounetered this problem before and how did you resolve it. I dont know if there is a compatibility problem or something else.
