Exception listener is not working

    Recently, we have changed IBM MQ from 6.0.0.0 to 9.3.0.16. After the upgrade, we are seeing the exception listener is not working properly like when you stop the Mq server, On exception is not getting invoked. this is in a Batch process. and this is in red hat Linux. Currently we are running in the migration mode.
