  • 1.  Exception in the Ack of 3A4C.

    Hi

    When I get the 3A4C message, I send the Ack out, and it’s a Exception, show like that:

    [FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=2]<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

    UNP.MESG.SEQERR [COLOR=Red]Global Usage code does not match with -- Production[/color] ServiceContent Receipt Acknowledgment Exception [/size][/font]

    I don’t know what’s that mean. Who can help me.

    Inbound Validation failed.

    Can you double check once, what u specified in TPA for Global usage code field for PIP 3A4 Confirmation document.
