I successfully generated the content but it shows only the first row of the excel file. And an error prompt "Input invalid but unknown data found". Correct me if Im wrong, but I think the problem is the terminator. I just want to know what will be the right terminator when using an Excel file to be able to read the next row.

    If you are able, view the data in hex, which I do from using map designer and viewing the input card, and click "display in hex".

    Maybe you've selected the wrong group from the Type Tree in your Map Designer? Are you sure you haven't selected the Row group rather than the DBTable (top level) group?

    Does your top level group allow multiple records - i.e. make sure your Range is set to (0:s)

    I would suggest turning on the trace file and analysing that. Post it here if you get stuck.
