    Hi,

    1. Where can I find an example of a small working database application including source code. I would like to create a JAVA program with wich I can access my database with 4 fields to be updated.
    2. Can I use a program like Jcreator to build my application and if so how do I need to set it up inorder to import the package (com.softwareag.t…).

    Best Regards

    Jan Dippenaar

(don’t laugh to hard hehehe, still learning)

    Hi Jan,

If you look at your Tamino installation on your disk under the …\SDK\TaminoAPI4J\examples directory you will find some examples which correspond to the documentation. I would also have a look at the Tamino documentation as it explains how to build simple Java programs to access Tamino, and the documentation also includes the Javadoc.

Also check the Java API migration cookbook as this has some examples that may help.

    Hope this helps.
