The xml validates fine in xml spy against the schema ( which I used to import )

When I googled for the same- I see there are some patches from IBM , but dont find for the specific version I need, I see the patches for both lower & higher versions of WTX for that issue in the fix center.

Did anybody here encounter this issue before , if they could kindly advise how they resolved it.

XML validation in XMLspy and WTX is always differs (correct me if i am wrong)
