Error whille installing webmethods and Integration Server

    Hi, I am installing Integration Server for webMethods the SoftwareAGInstaller20211025-w64, following the steps mentioned on page, and throw me an error message like below
    erroratthemomentinstallintegrationwebmethod

    I’m using a free trial ,and it’s first time that I am going to work with it.

    Please, could someone help me with some solution to resolve this issue?

    Please check your environment variables for the variable CLASSPATH and what it points to . The Software AG Installer is pointing out that the class CryptoUtils is present already ( maybe indirectly) on the classpath.
    Do you have another copy of the Installer and have you tried to install , but the installation failed?
