Hi Shahir,

The Toolbox package db and db4 installed on your system cannot coexist because they use the same file paths. To proceed with the DNF setup/update, you will need to remove the db4 and db4-utils packages first, and then rerun the DNF update.

1. rpm -e db4 db4-utils
2. /opt/freeware/bin/dnf update

Please remove watch and try the update.

1. rpm -e watch
