Error while installing Tamino 4.1.4.x

    I am getting a strange error while trying to install Tamino 4.1.4.x on Windows XP. I am positive I have the complete installer package. I am attaching the snapshot of the message I receive while the installer is half way through.

    Any help would be appreciated
