You can find more about the error by connecting to the app's docker instance.
First in API, find the app id which in this case is 1951(from the error)
Second depending upon your QRadar version, connect to the docker instance. Use app-utlis or recon depending upon the version
[/opt/qradar/support/recon ps] -> [/opt/qradar/support/recon connect 1951] and search into the logs app.log.
Can also be the app table in the database is messed up. You can take a look in the installed_applications table but support does not recommend you make changes in the db directly. In that case open a case with support.
