  • 1.  Error when installing an ILMT agent on a Windows Server

    Has anyone experienced this error message when installing an ILMT agent on a Windows server ?


    Missing Installation Files:  X The masthead file is missing from the installation folder. The installer cannot continue.

    The installation folder must include the masthead.afxm file from the BigFix Server as described here.
