  • 1.  Error Updating USB License Key

    Hi, I just received my physical USB key today, ordered and downloaded the license key from the RLKC. When I attempt to update the USB key, I receive the following:

     

    root@darla:/usr/z1090/bin# ./Z1091_token_update -u /home/ibmsys1/RDT-01250-202005312359-3CP-1I-0.zip

     

    Info: Processing ZIP file request: /home/ibmsys1/RDT-01250-202005312359-3CP-1I-0.zip

     

    Error: Processing complete for ADCD-1 License: Unit not found!

     

    Error: Unable to apply update for ADCD-1 License.

     

    Info: Command completed with 1 error(s).

     

    It would appear that the ADCD-1 License cannot be updated, however, when I check the status I receive the following:

     

    root@darla:/usr/z1090/bin# ./Z1091_token_update -status

     

    Info: Processing Status request.

     

    Info: Found both ADCD-1 License and ADCD-2 License.

     

    Info: Command completed with 0 error(s).

     

    Can someone help me get this license updated so that I can proceed? Thanks

    I figured out my issue... I had the wrong serial number when I requested and downloaded the key... Dang those numbers are hard to read on the USB key!!!
