This message is from Windows and is associated with the administrator elevated privileges, but it is not even possible to identify what operation IBM RPA was trying to perform.
Whether the error was in the bot execution or in the service. I'd need more information.
If you are trying to automate an application that has elevated privileges, you would need to make "WDG.Automation.AgentHost.exe" also run with elevated privileges.
To do this, you can click on the properties of the "WDG.Automation.AgentHost.exe" file in the IBM RPA installation folder and in the "Compatibility" tab check the "Run this program as an administrator" option. Click on the "OK" button. This will cause the bots to run with elevated privileges.
