Hi ,

I am trying to publish a package from one server to another , but for one
particular package when i I try to add another server as subscriber - I receive
a message as :

“This error was returned by a remote server: Error: subscribing server name> is already a subscriber for a package called .”

But when i check under “Update and Remove Subscribers” for the same package i donot see any entry for this pkg and the server.

Also , when i check through the admin page for the remote server I donot see any information regarding
this under Subscribing tab. I does not show any subscription information for this pkg.

Please can some one le t me know the cause of this error.

This is occuring for only two of the packages on the publishing server …for all other the publish feature is working fine to the same remote server.
