    While starting the server getting the error [ISS.0012.0012C] Authentication of user “XXX” failed with exception: LoginModule “com.wm.app.b2b.server.auth.jaas.X509LoginModule” unavailable.

    What could be the reason

    This should be a known issue and it will be resolved with IS core fixes (eg. IS 9.9 Core Fix 5).

    Can you share your current fix levels and IS version?
