  • 1.  Error in Schedular

    Posted Tue January 11, 2011 04:17 AM

    Hi,

We have installed two IS’s (IS1 and IS2) connecting to the same DB and schedulers’are running on both the servers (IS1 and IS2). we have migrated the schedulers’ using migrate.sh from WM6.1.

But when the scheduler is executed we are getting the following error in the IS Admin page [ISS.0026.9201] Unknown service and [ISC.0049.9010] service Invoking unknown service

we are getting this issue in both the serves IS1 and IS2 (for some services in IS1 and some services in IS2) and services are executing without any errors.

In IS1 Admin page we are getting the all the schedulers’ which are configured for both IS1 and IS2 and Target showing as Any Cluster Node similarly in IS2 Admin page also. Please let us know what we need to do if we want to see only IS1 Schedulers in IS1 and IS2 schedulers’ in IS2.

    Thanks,
    Narendra.

Check if the scheduled service namespace is correct and if the jobs are cluster aware then make sure you have the service on all the IS in cluster.

    Hi,

We are not having the clustered environment, but we are using the same DB for different IS and different schedulars are configured in the IS.

    Thanks,
    Narendra

hmmm little confused here, as you mentioned your environment is not cluster aware (un-clustered), why did u configured schedulers to run in any cluster node??

    Hi,

We have not configured to run in any cluster node it is not in EDIT mode and “Any Cluster node” is coming as default only.

Using migrate.sh we just migrated from 6.1 to 7.1

    Thanks,
    Narendra
