I have a basic version of TSM 5.5 while issuing the command of registration license it's failing error is attached below.

  reg lic filename=tsmbasic.lic                          ANR2852I Current license information:                                           ANR2828I Server is licensed to support IBM System Storage Archive Manager.      ANR2828I Server is licensed to support Tivoli Storage Manager Basic Edition.    ANR2828I Server is licensed to support Tivoli Storage Manager Extended Edition.                                                                                 ANR2022E REGISTER LICENSE: One or more parameters are missing.                  ANS8001I Return code 3.                                                       

Please advice how to go forward.
