  • 1.  Error while login to RPA studio

    Hello,

    I am new to using RPA and I am having an issue with the RPA studio login.
    I launched the RPA studio and I was able to register my credentials, but then I got the following pop-up window
    Then the RPA studio closes or stays open trying to log out
    Do you have a suggestion?

    Hello Foteini,

    sometimes those errors happen. Have you tried to restart the IBM RPA services? I did happen to me sometimes when I'm using an OCR Engine and after restarting the services, it works :)

    This is a known issue and it's being addressed by the team.
    In the meantime, reset your layout.
