Error in configuring JDBC adapter in MS SQL

  • 1.  Error in configuring JDBC adapter in MS SQL

    hi i m newbie in webMethods. while configuring JDBC adapter for MS SQL server2000 i encountered following error.

    Error encountered
    [ART.118.5042] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to enable connection resource acme:ELTdatabase.
    [ART.118.5036] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to configure connection manager.
    com/microsoft/jdbcx/base/BaseXADataSource

    actually i have included all 3 jar files reqd. for sql server and also it shows them in classpath but it gives above error.

    plz help me its very urgent

    Can you post your connection settings, it will be much easier for all of your to help you configure the connection. Also please search through the forums. You should be able to see a lot of hits on how to configure your JDBC connection.

    Please make sure you have the following:

    MS SQL 2000 drivers jar files (msbase.jar, mssqlserver.jar, msutil.jar) should be in \webMethods6\IntegrationServer\packages\WmJDBCAdapter\code\jars and webMethods6\IntegrationServer\lib\jars
