Error getTradingPartnerAggrement in webMethods 7.1.2

    Hi all,
    I use rosettanet in webMethods 7.1.2,
    After install webMethods and Rosettanet, i had install any fix package for it as:
    IntegrationServer LP (ja)
    RN_7.1_SP1_Fix10
    RN_7-1_SP1
    IS_7.1.2_Core_Fix28
    TNS_7.1.2_General_Fix3
    TNS_7.1.2_Partner_Fix6
    EstdCommonLib_7.1_Fix8
    But when i create and run service send4B2, i got this error:

    com.wm.estd.rosettaNet.RosettaNetRequest.getTradingPartnerAggrement()Lcom/wm/estd/rosettaNet/tpa/TradingPartnerAggrement; java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: com.wm.estd.rosettaNet.RosettaNetRequest.getTradingPartnerAggrement()Lcom/wm/estd/rosettaNet/tpa/TradingPartnerAggrement

    i had imported TPA for 4C1.
    Please help me about this problem,
