  • 1.  Error During Upgrade from IBM SOAR v50.0 to v51.0

    Hi Team,
     
    We are currently attempting to upgrade our IBM SOAR from version 47.0.8308 to 51.0.4.2.9. The upgrade process has been progressing as follows:
     
    47.0.8304 → 48.0.8590: Successful
    48.0.8590 → 49.0.8856: Successful
    49.0.8856 → 50.0.9116: Successful
     
    However, when attempting to upgrade from 50.0.9116 to 51.0.0.2.13, we encountered the following error:
    "Red Hat major version must be 8. Current major version is not compatible."
     
    Could anyone provide guidance or assistance to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
