    Hi,

    I created an IBM i Power Virtual Server Instance awhile back without issue.

    Now, for the last couple days, I've been trying to create another VSI in my workspace, but each attempt ends up with the new VSI in error status and the only option I have in the web UI is to delete the instance or refresh.

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    I'm currently on the "Pay as you go" plan with "Basic Support", so I want to check here first before spending money to upgrade my support plan so I can open a case.
