When I attempt to commit data on a quick report, I get an error message stating "Modified metadata has been detected.  Please refresh the report to account for these changes before committing data"

Only the values were modified, none of the actual metadata in the row/column/header areas.  I can discard, refresh, rebuild… nothing takes this error away when attempting to commit.  Why is this error occurring and what can be done to resolve it?

I'm using Excel 365 MSO 64 bit and PAfE v2.0.89.3
