    I am trying to import an app package using CMT and getting the error:

    [ERROR] Another instance of the CMT or extension management is already running an import/update/uninstall.

    So far i have tried running the below

    ps aux | grep -i contentmanagement.pl

    but there is no existing instance of the CMT

    I also double checked there are no apps stuck in "installing" status in 

    /opt/qradar/support/qappmanager

    I even tried this on a clean install of the community edition and cant figure out why it's not working. I  never had a problem with it in the past.
