  • 1.  error adding new broker

    Hi,

    I’m trying to create a new broker on Vista but I always get the following error:

    Using Monitor configuration from “C:\webMethods711\Broker\bin\awbrokermon.cfg”.
    [BRC.200.1084] Error: Could not access Service Control Manager with required permissions: Access is denied.

    Does anyone know anything about this?

    Bruno, I’d guess the account you used to install broker (admin) is not the same account you use to run the broker.
    The account used to run broker doesn’t have access privileges to the file created by another account.
