I met a problem when I tried to use SPSS. I purchased it through my school. Since my laptop is a macOS system, I don't know if this software is incompatible with my computer. During the use, it reminds me of the error 7001 of the access license. I operated according to the repair guide on the official website of IBM once and fixed it, but it happened again and cannot fix. The system of the Macbook is version 10.15.6. Please help.

Thanks but I have updated my macOS system to big Sur, But I still cannot open my SPSS it still reminds me the license problem.

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc...   need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. We accept Licensing only.

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
