Is there a patch for this error? I need this program for school assignments and it is not working.

Hi Jaques,

We have received your case in Technical Support. I think the issue could be related to the code itself.  Try this first. Delete the lservrc file. Then launch the license authorization wizard by right clicking on the ibm spss statistics 25 license authorization wizard and choose run as administrator to launch it. Choose authorized as type of install and then enter in the authorization code.

Finish the wizard and then launch the program. Do you get the same error?

If so, can you clarify the type of license this is supposed to be?

The code appears to be a mix of interval and perpetual. If this is supposed to be an interval code, when should the code end?

In what month?

I tried the suggestion and it did not work. I went ahead and purchased IBM® SPSS® Statistics Standard GradPack 26 for Windows and Mac (06-Mo Rental) as well to see if it would work as I have assignments due. I am getting the exact same error message. The program ends 30-Jun-2021.

This did not work. I've tried to download a couple of other versions, worked with vendor IT and still no solution.
